115學年學生會值班時間與會費辦理資訊

新學期需要辦理學生會業務？整理學生會的值班時間、現場服務與會費辦理期間，方便同學快速查找。

值班時間與服務

• 週一至週五 19:00–21:00；國定假日及颱風等停班停課日暫停值班，臨時調整請留意學生會社群公告。
• 值班服務包含返鄉專車售票、諮詢、器材借用與影印等。器材借用請先透過 Instagram 預約。

會費補繳、退費與減免

學生會公告的辦理期間為 9 月 14 日至 9 月 24 日。退費與減免須於期限內親至學生會辦公室，並備妥相關證明；逾期不受理退費或減免申請。補繳會費在此期間後仍可辦理。退費申請另須備妥第一銀行繳費證明，詳細資格、應備文件及金額請以原公告圖卡為準。

第 40 屆會員黑卡預計 10 月中旬推出；卡片正式發放前，使用會員優惠請攜帶學生會費繳費證明及學生證，實際使用規則請以最新公告為準。

2026–27 Student Association Office Hours and Membership Fee Services

Need a Student Association service this semester? Find office hours, available services and membership fee application dates here.

Office hours and services

• Monday to Friday, 19:00–21:00, excluding public holidays and days when work or classes are suspended, such as typhoon closures. Check Student Association social media for temporary changes.
• Services include homebound bus ticket sales, enquiries, equipment loans and copying. Book equipment through Instagram in advance.

Membership fee payments, refunds and reductions

The application period stated in this announcement was September 14–24. Apply in person for refunds or reductions within that window, with the required supporting documents; late applications are not accepted under this announcement. Membership fee payments can still be made afterward. Refund applicants also need the First Bank payment receipt. See the original announcement for eligibility, documents and amounts.

The original announcement anticipated a mid-October launch for the 40th membership card. Before distribution, bring your membership fee receipt and student ID to use member benefits. The latest announcement governs usage.
