值班時間與服務

學生會公告的辦理期間為 9 月 14 日至 9 月 24 日。退費與減免須於期限內親至學生會辦公室，並備妥相關證明；逾期不受理退費或減免申請。補繳會費在此期間後仍可辦理。退費申請另須備妥第一銀行繳費證明，詳細資格、應備文件及金額請以原公告圖卡為準。

第 40 屆會員黑卡預計 10 月中旬推出；卡片正式發放前，使用會員優惠請攜帶學生會費繳費證明及學生證，實際使用規則請以最新公告為準。

Services include ticket sales, enquiries, equipment loans and copying. Reserve equipment through Instagram first.
September 14–24 was the intake window stated in that announcement; it is historical information, not a standing application window for every semester.
